Recipe

Ingredients Required:

Boiled Chhole 250g, Tomato Puree 1/2 cup, Milk 1 cup, Chopped Onions 1½ cup, Cooking Oil 1 tbsp, Green Chilli paste, fresh Coriander for garnish

  1. Mix the contents of MORFOODS packet with 1 cup of water, 1 cup of milk & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions & saute till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add green chilli paste as per your taste.
  4. Add Tomato Puree & cook till oil oozes out.
  5. Add the MORFOODS Spice Mix & keep stirring to form a nice gravy.
  6. Add Boiled Chhole & cook for 2-3 mins, garnish with fresh coriander
