Recipe

Ingredients Required:

Boiled Matar 100g, cut Mushroom 150g, Chopped Onions ½ cup, Tomato Puree ½ cup, Cooking Oil 1 tbsp, Green Chilli paste, Coriander for garnish

  1. Mix the contents of this MORFOODS packet with 2 cups of water & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions & saute till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add green chilli paste as per your taste.
  4. Add Tomato Puree & cook till oil oozes out.
  5. Add the MORFOODS Spice Mix & keep stirring to form a nice gravy.
  6. Add boiled Matar, cut Mushrooms & cook for 2-3 mins, garnish with fresh coriander.
