Customer who has placed the order and due to any event willing to cancel the order must be aware that the order cancellation at morfoods.in hold certain criteria which needs to be followed by the customers.

• Once the order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled and it shall be non-refundable irrespective of the mode of payment made.
• NO-REFUND POLICY if there is fraudulent transactions by the customer which violates TERMS and CONDITIONS of JRM International.
• Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received.
• In case of Cancellation, bank transaction charge will be applicable and paid by customer.
