Recipe

Ingredients Required:

Kofta of your choice 250g, Tomato Puree ½ cup, Palak Puree 1.5 cup, Green Chilli paste, Cooking Oil 1 tbsp, Butter 1 tbsp, fresh cream 1 tbsp

  1. Mix the contents of this MORFOODS packet with 1.5 cups of water & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan & add green chilli paste as per your taste.
  3. Add Tomato Puree & cook till oil oozes out.
  4. Add Palak Puree & saute for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add the MORFOODS Spice Mix & keep stirring to form a nice gravy.
  6. Add Ready Kofta & cook for 2-3 mins, add butter & garnish with fresh cream.

Note: To make Malai Kofta take 200g Paneer, 2 Boiled Potatoes, Chat Masala, Salt, Pepper powder, Coriander. Make kofta balls and deep fry.
