Recipe

Ingredients Required:

Malai Kofta 250g, Milk 1 cup, Cooking Oil 1 tbsp, Green Chilli paste, fresh Cream 1 tbsp

  1. Mix the contents of MORFOODS packet with 1 cup of water, 1 cup of milk & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilli paste as per your taste.
  3. Add the MORFOODS Spice Mix & keep stirring to form a nice gravy.
  4. Add Malai Kofta & cook for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add crushed Kasuri Methi & mix it well.
  6. Garnish with fresh Cream.

Note: To make Malai Kofta take 200g Paneer, 2 Boiled Potatoes, Chat Masala, Salt, Pepper powder, Coriander. Make kofta balls and deep fry.
