Shipping Policy
Every order placed and confirmed by customer will be shipped within Three (3) working days i.e from the following day the customer has placed the order.
Any order placed during non-working days (Sunday, National/Public Holiday will be shipped within Four (4) working days i.e from the following day the customer has placed the order.
The above mentioned duration pertaining to shipping may prolong in case of any unforeseen events (Strikes, natural calamities, lockouts, floods, war etc.).
All the products which are being shipped to the consumer shall bear the shipping fee which shall differ based on the destination.
DELIVERY
We at JRM international have outsourced the delivery activity to the reputed delivery agents who shall ensure that all the products which are been delivered are reaching the destination as provided by the customer within the specified time without any unnecessary delay.
Every delivery which reaches the destination must be duly received and the customer/his representatives who receive the delivery must provide his/her signature to the delivery agent confirming the successful delivery.
In case of non-availability of the customer at the destination on the prescribed time of the delivery the product shall revert to the JRM International and the cost incurred by the customer shall be non-refundable.
If the customer provides genuine reason for non-delivery of the products the management will consider the reason and if applicable a refund will be processed which is completely at its discretion.
During the time of booking the customer must provide complete delivery address including pin code and landmark which shall be helpful for the delivery agents to successfully deliver the product.
